Ingredients

  • 1 kilo chicken
  • 1and 1/2 teaspooand salt
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonchilli flakes
  • I /4 teaspoon turmeric powde
  • 3/4 cupdahi
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoondried coriander
  • a pinchyellow food colouring
  • Half cup oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients written above (except the oil) for half an hour

  2. 2

    Add the oil and Cook the chicken on very low flame for half an hour

  3. 3

    Dry the water fully (if there is)

  4. 4

    Serve it 🤗
