Ingredients

  • 4 cupsself raising flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspolive oil
  • 1-2 tsporiganum
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 cupplain yogurt
  • Add luke warm water or flour when required

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Add yogurt and knee well

  3. 3

    Place in fridge to rest 30 min.

  4. 4

    Take out and bring back to room temp

  5. 5

    Knee one more time, cut to size, let rise for 30 minutes

  6. 6

    Oven 180 degree 30 minutes

  7. 7

    Paunt with salted butter and add seeds or herbs to taste.
