Ingredients

2 people
  • 1 cuprice
  • 2.5 cupswater
  • Tblsolive oil
  • Salt
  • 1lime
  • Hand full of cilantro

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil rice at high temperature till water evaporates. Put lid on the rice lower temperature to low and cook for 10 min or so.

    Chop up cilantro. Mix it with the lime in the rice and serve! Enjoy
