Carrot Soup

Steps

Peel and slice carrots into desired sizes.

Grate the garlic and slice the onion

Add onion and garlic in a sulfuria,add oil, fry under medium heat don't let it turn colour.

Add your sliced carrots and stir for 1 minute then add water (until it covers your ingredients and your desired thickness).

Cover with lid and leave it to boil until soft, transfer to the blender and blend.

Serve hot with the meal of your desire(rice, spaghetti). Bòn appetitè
