  • 2 lb.Ground beef
  • 1Onion
  • 5Jalapeños
  • 2Eggs
  • 1 tsp.Seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp.Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp.Pepper
  • 1 CupCrackers
  • 1 PackageBacon
  • Cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Count the bacon strips,make balls accordingly.

  2. 2

    Put a cheese strip in the middle of the ball.

  3. 3

    Make the ball oval,wrap one bacon strip around the oval

  4. 4

    Bake at 350 F until bacon is nice and crisp.
