Ingredients

  • 2 ozsugar
  • BagFrozen Mixed Fruit
  • 8 ozSelf Raising Flour
  • 4 ozSuet
  • 2 ozbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter and sugar together until carmalised

  2. 2

    Add fruit until coated and soft. Turn off heat and cool

  3. 3

    Make up dough. Line pudding bowl. Add fruit once cooled and steam for 2 hrs

Sorry, but I don't think this recipe is complete. Where is the ginger in this Summer fruit and Ginger pudding recipe and what weight of frozen fruit? I've seen bags with 500g and others with 1kg of fruit.
