Grate all your potatoes into a bowl using the largest holes on the grater

Soak the grated potatoes in room temperature water for about 10 minutes

Drain water from the potatoes using a cloth and add in grated onions,salt and spices of choice
- 4
Heat your pan on medium low heat,add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and lightly fry the hashbrowns
- 5
Shallow fry the hashbrowns for 5 minutes on each side until brown
- 6
Serve warm with 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce mixed with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise or dip of choice
