Mix atta, curd, salt, black pepper in a mixing bowl. Make a batter of pouring consistency by adding water. Add grated paneer, potatoes, green chilli, coriander leaves, ginger and mix.

Stir the batter thoroughly and adjust it's consistency.

Heat a non stick griddle and pour little ghee. Add jeera. Let it splutter. Pour a ladle full of batter and spread on griddle. Cook till golden brown. Flip the side and fry from other side also till done.

Likewise make all the cheela.

Serve hot with curd.
