Peel boiled potatoes and cut in small pieces.

Grate ginger and paneer separately.

Heat ghee in a wok. Add jeera and when jeera splutter add grated ginger and green chilli. Saute for 2 minutes. Add peanuts and saute for 1 minute.

Add potatoes and mix well. Add sendha salt and black pepper powder and stir. Cook till done.

Serve hot garnished with grated paneer.
