Keep all the above mentioned Ingredients ready as shown in the pic.(2) In a kadhai take Dry shredded coconut, dry roast on low flame for 1 min till it is slightly golden brown.Take it out in a Plate.(3)In the same kadhai Heat 2 tbsp Ghee, add edible gum and fry little at a time till it puffs up.Take out in the plate.

Fry Cashews in the remaining Ghee till light golden brown.Take it out in the plate.Now add 1 tbsp Ghee again,fry Almonds till golden brown and crispy.Take out in the plate.add remaining Ghee,fry melon seeds.Take out in the plate.

At last fry Raisins.Take it out in a separate plate.Now mix all fried nuts and edible gum.In a blender jar grind it very coarsely in pulse.Take out the ground mixture in a Plate.Add fried Raisins and dry roasted poppy seeds.Mix well.In a vessel add sugar and water,heat on Medium flame stirr for 2 min.Stirr for 2-3 Min more till it starts boiling and forms 1 string consistency sugar syrup.Off the flame.

Add the ground mixture, Coconut, Cardamom+ nutmeg powder in sugar syrup,stirr well to mix it properly on low flame.When everything gets incorporated well,off the flame.Spread the mixture in a greased Plate evenly.garnish with pista slices.Press lightly.Let it come down to normal temperature.Then Cut into pieces and store in air tight container.
