Ingredients: 6-7 lettuce leaves chopped; 1 cup cabbage thinly chopped; 1 handful fresh coriander chopped; 1 handful fresh mint chopped; 2 cucumbers chopped; 2 tomatoes chopped; 6-7 strawberries thinly sliced; 1 medium onion thinly sliced; 1 cup leftover chicken chunks; 2 tbsp olive oil; 1 lemon juice; to taste Salt and pepper

As I am a Salad lover, this is my version of seasonal salad as I added strawberries to it.. It tasted really fresh and yummy 😋. An addition of chicken makes it a meal specially for those who are on diet or don’t want to eat heavy meals in dinner or lunch.. I however made it with my favourite Daal and it was worth trying.

Tips:
I had leftover chicken in tikka flavour. You can add any left over chicken chunks.

In a big mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
