Sabudana mixture/Sago mixture

Heat the kadai in medium Low flame with one tbsp of oil. Add the sabudana and roast it till fully puffed. Transfer it into the bowl.

Now add 1tbsp of oil and roast all nuts one by one and mix it with puffed sago.

Finally add pinch off Asafoetida, turmeric, chilli powder and salt. Mix well all together.

Now the crispy sabudana mixture is ready to taste.
