Lately, we've been making do with what we have at home and trying to save enough food for the month, so I made a simple, light soup that still keeps its nutrients. The soup is sweet and refreshing.
Steps
- 1
Wash the napa cabbage and cut it into pieces. Mix the pork paste until smooth. Bring a pot of water to a boil, then drop spoonfuls of pork paste into the boiling water.
- 2
When the pork balls float to the surface, season the soup to taste. Add the cabbage, stir for a few seconds, then turn off the heat. Top with green onions, cilantro, and black pepper.
