1.5 cupurad dhal
5 cuprice
1/4 tspmethi seeds
2 tspghee

Soak rice and urad dhal with methi seeds for 5 hours.

Grind well, add salt and allow to ferment for 8 hours.

Pour the batter on the pan.

Add ghee to the sides and top of the dosa.

Serve with chutney and sambar.
