1 big bowl add besan, rava, 1/4 spoon salt, 1/4 spoon sugar, 1/2 lemon, 1 spoon oil, 1/6 turmeric powder and mix it.

Then add the water to it.

Note: Add the water little by little and mix it well.

Keep mixing it until it becomes fluffy.

After mixing it well keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Then grease the other tin in which you are going to steam the dhokla.

In another kadhai add water and let it boil then keep a lid or any plate on which you can keep the tin of the dhokla for steaming.

After 15 minutes add eno in the dhokla batter and then pour the batter in the greased tin.

Then steam the dhokla for 20 minutes.

In another pan add oil, when heated then add rae, curry leaves and green pepper.

Then add 1 glass of water, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt and cook it for 10 minutes.

Demould the dhokla, cut it into pieces.

When the dhokla cools down then add the tadka with the help of the spoon.

Now it's ready to serve.
