Mix besan,salt,sugar 1 tsp oil and enough water and make a batter,addd eno and pour batter in dhokla maker insteamer

Steam untill steamed perfectly by checking a toothpick,if it comes clean,then perfect otherwise cook for a minute also

For tadka heat oil,add mustard and curry leaves and pour this on dhokla
