Take a bowl add besan and slowly mix the water.

Now mix the suji.

Mix salt and sugar.

Mix eno stir and mux immedietly.

Take microwave bowl and spread the oil and add the mixture.

For tempering:-

Stream for 4 mint in microwave.

Take a pan and add the oil.

Add mustard seeds and green chilli and water, sugar, salt and add the tempering over the dhokla and cut into desired size and serve it with curry.
