Methi matar malai
Steps

Heat 2 tbs mustard oil in a pan. Add tez patta, chopped green chillies, turmeric powder, onion and saute till onion turns golden brown

Add tomato, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, black pepper powder, red chilli powder and saute till tomato becomes soft.

Now add peas and garam masala and saute for 2 minutes.

Add finely chopped methi leaves to it and mix half cup water. Let it cook by covering with lid for 5 min on medium flame. After 5 minutes add salt to taste.

Turn off the heat, add cream to it and serve it hot.
