Steps

Add ghee and water in the wheat flour and press with the hands and put it aside for 10 minutes.

Now transfer this into a strainer with round whole,so that round particles of wheat will formed,we called it "mogri".

Now add ghee in kadai and roast the mogri in the ghee till become golden.

Transfar this rosted mogri in string sugar syrup.

Add elaichi powder and mix together.

Transfar into a greased tray and let it cool.

Cut into desire shape
