Steps

In a mixer add ginger,garlic and green chillies. Make paste of it

In a kadai add oil and fry soya chunks and sha jeera/normal jeera

Add in chopped onion,carrot and cabbage

Once the veggies are Little cooked add the green chillie,ginger garlic paste

Add salt and chopped tomatoes and mint

Add in all the sauces and masala powder and little water if needed

Add in cooked rice

Stir everything well so that the masala get coated to rice well

Your delightful soya veggie semi fried rice is ready to eat. Serve hot!!!
