It's a unique vegetarian kabab recepie it's up to you.. you can add these in masala you've prepared or you can have it seperately too.

Peel lauki and grate it, squeeze off all it's water by means of your hands.

Add all spices in this grated lokki and also add rosted gram flour. Give it your desired shape & deep fry them.

In 2 tbsp oil, add 1 tsp cummin, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and all spices, bonify a bit and then add ground tomatoes & youghurt, then bonify it and take it out in a serving bowl.
