Ingredients

  • 3 cupsflour
  • 4Eggs
  • 2 cupssugar
  • 1 cupwarm water
  • Cooking oil
  • 1/2 tablespoonTumeric powder
  • 1/2 tablespoonPineapple flavoured essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix your flour with sugar

  2. 2

    Add eggs one by one and mix very well

  3. 3

    Add tumeric powder plus the pineapple essence

  4. 4

    Add the warm water bit by bit ensuring there are no lumps.

  5. 5

    Once done, heat you pan, add cooking oil, pour some of the batter, cook both sides until ready, (continue with this process until the batter is over). Serve and Enjoy
