Cooking Instructions

First soak black beans atleast for 4 hour

Now after soaking let it steam in cooker with estimated 2 glasses water

Have 3 to 4 whistle and keep steaming

Now in a pan heat up oil and roast cumin seeds.now add all the spices together and boiled beans after straining them.or you add this tadka to boiled beans then soak all the water
