Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupblack beans kaale chane
  2. 1 tablespoonsunflower oil
  3. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. Halfteaspoon turmeric
  6. 1/3red chilli powder
  7. Pinchblack pepper powder
  8. PinchASAFETIDA
  9. Halfteaspoon coriander powder
  10. Halfteaspoon cumin powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First soak black beans atleast for 4 hour

  2. 2

    Now after soaking let it steam in cooker with estimated 2 glasses water

  3. 3

    Have 3 to 4 whistle and keep steaming

  4. 4

    Now in a pan heat up oil and roast cumin seeds.now add all the spices together and boiled beans after straining them.or you add this tadka to boiled beans then soak all the water

  5. 5

    Enjoy yummy black beans
