Revamped chocolate dip biscuits

I had leftover butter cream that I used to frost a cake and decided to put it to good use and since I also have these biscuits that weren't tasting so sweet I decided to add some flavour to them using the butter cream to make it easier to enjoy them with my tea. Good for kids #breakfastideas

Steps
- 1
Cream the margarine till light then add icing sugar and mix. Add peanut butter and mix together.
- 2
Spread the cream on one side of a biscuit and cover with another biscuit on top. Do this for all 20 biscuits to make 10 pairs. Refrigerate so that the cream can harden up.
- 3
Melt the bar of chocolate into a bowl.
- 4
Remove biscuits from the fridge and dip each into the melted chocolate however you may like. Pour some sprinkles on top of the part coated with chocolate.
