Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients and knead the dough for 10 min

Mold and cover with damp cloth rest for 30min

Make four balls and place on a surface

Now cover with a damp cloth and rest 20 min

Now open the balls with your finger tips rotation is key and feeling the dough.......😋 Cover and rest 20min

Make the flour paste add the 2tablespoons of flour and mix with the 100ml water

By now the dough should have puffed up.... now put on to a baking tray andbrush the paste over the dough

180 degrees for 20 Min.....I like to brush mine with butter 🤪hot out the oven
