Ingredients

  • 8 ozsteamed lobster tail,head or claw meat diced
  • 6 stripsbacon cooked n crumbled
  • 2med potatoes diced and cooked
  • 1/2 qtheavy cream
  • 1/2 qtmilk
  • 3 tbspbutter
  • 1 tspflour
  • 1/2small onion diced
  • pinchgarlic powder
  • to tastesalt n pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    In med frying pan melt butter untill golden brown

    Add onions and cook 1 min

    Add flour and wisk to make rue

  4. 4

    Wisk in heavy cream

  5. 5

    Add milk and wisk till cream sauce thickens

  6. 6

    Add salt n pepper to taste

  7. 7

    Add lobster and potatoes and let simmer for 10 min

  8. 8

    Serve in bowls and sprinkle bacon on top and enjoy
