Ingredients

  • Lobster :
  • Lobster Lemon Seafood Water tails (3), (1 cut in half), seasoning, (1 tablespoon), (5 cups)
  • Salad:
  • Hot dog buns Butter (cut in half) (3) (as needed)
  • Cherry Tomatoes (6)
  • Toothpicks (6)

    None

    For the lobster in a pot add the water, seafood seasoning, and lemon and let it sit till boil. Next add the lobster tails and let it cook for 8 mins then take them out and reserve in a bowl to cool.

  3. 3

    Put some butter on the hot dog buns and toast them in the oven for 5 mins. Take them out and reserve.

  4. 4

    Once the lobster tails are cool, next combine the lobster salad ingredients in another bowl and reserve.

  5. 5

    Next put make the sandwiches fill the hot dog buns with the lobster salad and top the sandwiches by putting a cherry tomato in each sandwich (the toothpick will help secure the tomato from falling off the sandwich.
