In a bowl add mince, red chilli flakes, salt, turmeric, garam masala, cumin powder, green chilies, onion, coriander powder, red chilli powder and gram flour.
Mix all these ingredients well and then make small round balls out of it.
In a pan heat oil and deep fry on low medium heat for about 7 to 8 minutes. Set aside. - 2
Soak chickpea overnight then boil for almost 30 minutes until they are done.
Heat oil in a karahi, add onion cook until translucent. - 3
Then add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

Then add cloves, black pepper, cinnamon stick, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder and mix it well.

Later add cooked koftay, boiled egg and mix well.
