I made this from scratch and now it is one of the things I always make for work
Steps
- 1
Wash your chicken breast and marinade it with 1 tbsp of salt, mixed powder, and chilli powder for minimum half an hour
- 2
Get a cooking pot and fill 3/4 of the pot with water and 1tbsp salt. Leave the gas on high until the water boils and the salt dissolves before adding in your pasta. Leave the pasta pot on medium gas and stir occasionally. Leave your pasta almost fully cooked (typically after 15-20 minutes) then drain the pasta
- 3
Heat up your cooking pot on medium gas until it gets warm then add oil and wait for it to get hot. Once the oil gets hot, fry your chicken breast until fully cooked
- 4
Add your pasta sauce to the chicken breast then leave to simmer for 20 minutes. Whilst then, fry your mushrooms in a small pan with butter until it is brown
- 5
Add your pasta to the chicken and stir it properly then leave it to cook on low gas for 5 minutes
- 6
Garnish your pasta with mixed herbs, ground black pepper and coriander
