Steps

Take a palak chop,wash and boil in cooker with green chilli for one whistle mashed in blender.Then make a puree.

Take a wok put 2 tbsp oil then oil heat add garlic saute then add ginger and onion till golden brown.

Then add all spices and chana dal mix and saute for 2 minutes.

Then add palak puree mix and cooked for 5 minutes.Then add clarified butter.Then enjoy Palak Chana Dal.
