Cooking Instructions

Heat milk in a pan,add sugar,essence,colour and evaporated milk,and stir well till sugar dissolves.

Now mix agar agar powder with water and add into milk.and keep mixing.when all things get well mixed. Strain the mixture from strainer.

Add the mixture in a square shape in or any flat hollow dish. Put cut pistas on top and let to set in the fridge for two hours. Cut into pieces and serve.drizzel some rabdi on it and yummy pista Balli malai is ready.
