My Family love the snack when i made this. Mushrooms are fully of proteins and fiber. Mushrooms also have vitamin B and also it has powerful antioxidant called selenium, which helps to support the immune system and prevent damage to cells and tissues.
Which we require these day.
Mummy Loves to eat me those thing which i usually don't like and during childhood i hate mushrooms but when she made this recipe i can't resist myself and ate it and that was the day i started eating mushrooms. and now i love Mushrooms . Thankyou Maa.

Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 2 cupsbaby button mushroom
  • 3 tbspcorn flour
  • 2 tspplain flour
  • 3-5 tbspwater
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 heaping tsp ground crushed black pepper
  • 1 tspto add in the batter
  • 2 tbspfinely chopped ginger and garlic
  • 1 tspfinely chopped green chilli
  • 2 tbspsliced onions
  • 1/4 cupcarrots thinly sliced
  • 1small green pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1/4 tspvinegar
  • 1 tbspspring onion greens
  • as requiredOil for frying and stir fry

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly take all the veggies, wash properly and finely make slices and julienne as mentioned.

  2. 2

    In a large mixing bowl take corn flour, all-purpose flour, salt, Chilli flakes, choice of herbs(optional), crushed black pepper, Mix dry ingredients well.

  3. 3

    Now add water in it, whisk it and make a batter of bit thick consistency.

  4. 4

    Now add mushroom to it. Try to add a few at a time in the prepared batter prepared.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the mushrooms in oil until crisp and golden. Remove onto an absorbent paper towel and drain excess oil.

  6. 6

    Sauce Preparation:
    Take a wok and add 2 tbsp of oil and let it heat up.

  7. 7

    Add ginger and garlic, cook until raw smell gets disappeared.

  8. 8

    Add onions, bell pepper, green chillies, carrots, vinegar, ground pepper, soy sauce and salt. Cook it for 1-2 minute. Adjust seasoning.

  9. 9

    Toss the fried mushroom in this sauce, mix well until the mushrooms gets coated with the sauce.

  10. 10

    Pepper_Mushrooms are ready to serve. Before serving Garnish it with spring onion greens or coriander leaves
