Firstly in a mixing bowl, whisk hung curd and condensed milk together with an electric hand blender till it is smooth and creamy.

Add milk and whisk again till you see the froth with creamy texture.

Add elaichi powder & give it a quick stir again.

Process 1:Preheat the rice cooker/steamer with water so as to steam enough. Pour the batter in a covered bowl & put inside the steamer for 30 mins. Don't rise the gas stove higher, with a consistency of medium - low flame. Process 2: Preheat the oven at 180 degree C and follow the above steps.

After 30-40 mins, check with a toothpick so that it should not stick the sides. Cool it down completely & refrigerate it for 3 hours for the best mouth dripping bhapa doi.
