I have made this thin poha chivda to dedicate my mother beacuse it's very quick & light receipe . You can enjoy any time.
Steps

First of all sieve poha. Transfer thin poha in a Kadai. Roast for 5 to 7 minutes. It becomes fluffy.

Now Heat oil in a Kadai. Add mustard seeds, dry red chilli. Add chopped green chili.

Add asafoetida, peanut, cashew, curry leaves and chopped green chill. Saute it well. Add turmeric powder.

Add red chili powder and saute it. Add salt as per taste. Mix it well.

Add powder sugar. Mix poha chevda properly.

Now thin poha chevda is ready. You can add besan sev. Enjoy crunchy chevda with tea or coffee.
