In a bowl, combine the yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let the mixture sit until the yeast becomes foamy, then pour it over the flour.

Add the oil, milk, and yogurt. *You can add an egg for a crispier texture if you like.*

Cover the dough and let it rest until it rises slightly.

For the filling, finely chop the tomatoes and onions. Add the ground beef and spices, then mix by hand until well combined.

Once the dough has risen, roll it out with a rolling pin and cut into circles.

Place the circles on a baking sheet and add the meat filling on top of each.

Bake in a preheated oven at high heat (top and bottom) until the tops and bottoms are golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
