Boiled Duck Eggs

Boiled duck eggs may not taste much different from boiled chicken eggs, but they offer several nutritional benefits that chicken eggs lack. They are especially good for helping your body absorb calcium and support bone metabolism. Duck eggs also have a higher content of unsaturated fatty acids, which are easier for the body to absorb, and they contain over 20% more vitamin B2 than chicken eggs.

Steps
- 1
Wash the raw duck eggs thoroughly. Place them in a pot, add enough water to cover the eggs, and add the salt.
- 2
Bring the duck eggs and cold water to a boil together. Once boiling, cook for about 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and cover the pot for another 5 minutes.
- 3
Let the eggs cool, then gently tap the shells to crack them and peel the eggs.
- 4
For safe eating, make sure the duck eggs are fully cooked. Undercooked duck eggs may cause fatigue or muscle soreness.
