  • 100 gramcurd
  • 1 cupgrated cucumber
  • 1 tspRoasted cumin seeds powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspblack salt
  • 1/4 tspsalt

    Take a bowl. Curd mixing with mathani.

    Add both salt. Mix well. If raita thick add little water. Mix well.
