Spaghetti bolognese
Delicious pasta for that Sunday lunch 😋
Steps
- 1
Cut your ingredients to size. Get the spaghetti into the size desired. In a sufuria, bring salty water to boil, add the spaghetti and let cook 7-10 minutes... Make sure they don't stick to each other. (If you hate boiled spaghetti like I do😊, remove and for a few minutes fry it in that onion saute)
- 2
Heat oil in a sauce pan, fry the onions, garlic and ginger mix and the capscicum. Add the meat and let cook till the pinkish color turns to dark. Add the tomatoes, cayenne. Let cook for 5 minutes (incase you need soup add a little water then cover for 10 minutes)
- 3
Remove and serve with your freshly cooked spaghetti and corriander (delicious and crunchy when raw).
