Ingredients

2 servings
  • 500 mlMilk
  • 3 TbspInstant coffee
  • 3 Tbspbrown sugar
  • 2 Tbspcoffee liqueur
  • 1 Tbspwater
  • Desiccated coconut to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Add coffee, sugar, liqueur and water to a bowl and whip until mixture thickens and you can form soft peaks.

  2. 2

    Fill each glass up to 3/4 with milk.

  3. 3

    Top with coffee mixture then decorate with desiccated coconut
