Ingredients

  • 2 cupsself rising flour
  • 1/2 cupfine sugar
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 2eggs
  • 2 tablespoonmargarine
  • 1egg for brushing on top
  • 1/2 tbspCardamum,cinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix thoroughly sugar,flour and the cardamu/cinnamon powder

  2. 2

    Add margarine and mix well,add milk slowly until the dough become sticky.

  3. 3

    Brush margarine on the baking plate,cut into desired portions and place them on top,brush egg on top,

  4. 4

    Bake for 30-40 minutes under regulated heat
