Ingredients

  • Ingredients : 500g (1lb) chicken breasts,
  • 30 mlcubed
  • (2 tbsp) oil
  • 4potato cut in small piece
  • 2onions golden brown 1 onion rough
  • 1 tspchopped
  • 2Zeera
  • tomato (puree)
  • 1 tspHaldi powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste to taste salt

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    Fry the chicken with oil, 1 tsp lehsan adrak paste and zeera on a high heat to remove water from meat.

  3. 3

    Dice the onions and cook in oil until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Add ginger garlic paste, tomato and onion paste, red chilli powder, haldi powder, salt, dashi chicken powder and fried chicken.

  5. 5

    Add some water for gravy. Cook for 5 minutes on a low heat till oil appears on top.

  6. 6

    Garnish it.Serve
