Add 1 tsp oil in wheat flour and rub well to combine evenly. Put water to boil in a thick bottom pot. When it starts to boil, add jaggery and 1 tsp oil.

Mix and wait till jaggery melts. Add wheat flour and mix well with the edge of a rolling pin. Cover and cook on very low heat. You may need to put a tawa pan underneathe to avoid scorching. Cook until the wheat grains are fully cooked. It will take only 2-4 minutes, but keep checking and stirring in between. Add a spoon of ghee and mix when the grains are fully cooked. Cover and simmer for another minute of two.

Take out a disputed portion in a serving plate, top it up with ghee and powdered sugar and mix. Enjoy !
