Ingredients

  • 3Boiled Yam
  • 1/4 kgonion
  • 1Tomato
  • 100 gmsTamarind pulp
  • 1 spoonPepper
  • 1 spoonCumin seeds
  • Fewcurry leaves
  • 1/2 cupCoconut grated
  • 5dry chillies
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • as requiredCoriander leaves
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as requiredOil
  • 1/4 tspFennel seeds
  • 1/4 tspUrad dhal
  • 6garlic cloves

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan put an oil add the urad dhal, cumin seeds, garlic, fennel seeds, curry leaves, fry it and add the boiled Yam and add the masala into the pan cook for 15 mins with medium flame and add the coriander leaves ready to serve it.

  2. 2

    For masala note it.t Take a mixie jar put a pepper seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, turmeric powder, coconut grated, onion,, dry red chilies, tomato into it and add the tamarind pulp mix it well.
