Ingredients

6-8 servings

1medium raw mango
1/2 cupmint leaves
4 tbspsugar
1 tspblack salt
1 tspcumin seeds
1/2 "ginger
1 tbsplemon juice

20 minutes

First, boil 2 cups water and add washed raw mango and boil for 5 minutes.

Dry roast cumin seeds.

Peel mango and dice it.now in a mixer grinder, take all ingredients and blend together and make a paste. Strain if wanted.

Add 3 cups of water and some ice cubes. Mix well.

Serve chill.
