Boil 1 egg for 15minutes.

Remove the outer layer of the sausage and flatten it.

Remove the shell of the boiled egg then wrap the egg with the flattened sausage.

Beat the second egg and roll the coated egg in it. Roll it in breadcrumbs then repeat this process again.

Heat the oil in a pan then add the coated egg.

Keep turning the egg until it is golden brown all round then remove.
