Ingredients

  • 2 cupCoriander leaves
  • 1/4 cupPudina(mint)
  • 2green chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoonhing/asafoetida
  • 1 teaspoonblack salt
  • 1/2 teaspooncitric acid (lemon salt/tatri)
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tspRoasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonchaat masala
  • 1/4 cupBoondi
  • As neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash proper coriander leaves, pudina, and green chilli

    Add coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilli in chutney jar of a grinder

  3. 3

    Grind until smooth paste

  4. 4

    Transfer them to a jar and add salt,black salt,critic-acid,hing chaat masala and cumin seeds powder

    Add water and mix

    Garnish budi and Serve with puri(puchka,golgappa etc)
