Steps

Wash proper coriander leaves, pudina, and green chilli

Add coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilli in chutney jar of a grinder

Grind until smooth paste

Transfer them to a jar and add salt,black salt,critic-acid,hing chaat masala and cumin seeds powder

Add water and mix

Garnish budi and Serve with puri(puchka,golgappa etc)
