In a mixer add banana,jaggery,cardamom,pinch salt and make it a smooth paste

In a mixing bowl add in jeera and ghee

Add in the banana paste

Add flour and make it a smooth dough
- 5
Rest it for 6-8 hours (preferred resting the dough overnight)

In a kadai heat the oil for deep frying

Make small balls out of the dough and make 10 centimetres of circle of the dough as shown in the picture

Drop that into oil and fry on both the sides in a medium flames.

Note:"pach bale hannu" is the type of green banana and it is slightly sweet than normal yellow banana. You can skip the wheat flour and add only all purpose flour only:)
