Ingredients

two 400g bread
  1. 6 1/4 cupsall purpose
  2. 1 1/4 tbsyeast
  3. 1/2 cupoil
  4. 2 1/2warm water
  5. 1/2 cupsugarl
  6. 1 teaspoonsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Put the warm water in a bowl stir with a wooden spoon and let it settle 5min to bubble

    Sieve your flour to aerate.add it to the yeast bit by bit together with the oil

  3. 3

    Once the flour is firm put it in a floured surface and knead 10-15 mins

  4. 4

    Oil a bowl, put your dough and put it in a warm place to double for 1hr

  5. 5

    Punch the dough and knead it for 5min.oil ur tins and place ur dough to double, then bake at 180 for 20min

  6. 6

    Place ur bread on a rack to cool

  7. 7

    Enjoy the bread
