Boil Kala chana with salt in pressure cooker for 2 whisles and then in sim flame for 5 mins. Once done discard the water and keep aside

Make a paste of salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, redchilli powder and garam masala by adding 1-2 tsp water

Now take a wok. Add 2-3 tsp oil in it. Once hot add jeera in it. When it change colour add hing to it. Now add masala paste in it. Saute it for 2 mins in low flame now add Kala chana in it add amchur powder to it and mix properly. Cover and cook it in low flame for 10 mins. After 10 mins switch off the gas and let it cool a bit

Now add boiled chopped potato, cucumber, tomato, onion in it. Add lemon juice to it. Add coriander leaves and serve. U can adjust salt and add chopped green chillies too. I made it for my son so didn't use.
